1. What services does Everly offer?

We provide end-to-end personalized guidance, for students pursuing international education and exchange. Our services include university and program matching, application strategy and support, visa guidance, language and pathway programs, exchange and short-term study options, and ongoing advisory support throughout your journey. We focus on helping you make informed decisions that align with your academic goals, budget, and long-term plans.

2. Is there a fee for your consultation services?

Yes. Some of our services, including in-depth consultations and application support, are paid. We offer a free initial profile assessment to understand your goals. This allows us to provide personalized guidance, dedicated advisor time, and tailored recommendations. Any fees are clearly explained before you proceed, so you can decide what level of support works best for you.

3. Which global destinations do you cover?

We specialize in major education hubs including the USA, UK, Canada, and Europe. However, our focus is on the right fit for you, so we also support pathways to emerging destinations in Asia and the Middle East depending on your career goals.

4. Do you assist with visa processing?

Yes. We provide visa guidance and preparation support as part of our services. This includes document review, application checklists, timeline planning, and interview preparation where applicable. While final visa decisions are made by embassies and immigration authorities, we help ensure your application is accurate, complete, and well-prepared.

5. Do I need to take an English language test like IELTS or TOEFL?

Not always. English language requirements depend on the country, university, and program you’re applying to. Many institutions accept alternative proof of English proficiency, such as the Duolingo English Test, and some may waive language tests entirely if you graduated from a school or university where instruction was taught in English.

In many cases, universities also offer conditional acceptance, meaning you can apply and receive an offer even if you don’t yet have your language test results at the time of application. You may then complete the required test or a language course before enrollment.
