Refund Policy

1. Consultation Fees

  • All initial consultations are non-refundable. Each consultation involves time, preparation, and personalized guidance tailored to your profile from the first session.

    If services are paid in installments, refunds apply only to unpaid future installments. Payments already made are non-refundable once the corresponding service phase has begun.

2. Application Services

If you purchase an application package (university admissions, visa assistance, etc.), partial refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

  • Before Document Submission: You may be eligible for up to a 50% refund if no applications have been submitted and cancellation is requested within 7 days of payment.
  • After Document Submission or Application Initiation: Once documents have been reviewed, prepared, or submitted to any institution or authority, no refund will be issued, as services are considered commenced.

    Services are considered commenced once any of the following occurs, including: Profile evaluation, document review, program shortlisting, application strategy creation, or communication with partner institutions.

3. Visa Services

  • Visa guidance, document review, interview preparation, and related advisory services are non-refundable once initiated, including mock interviews or documentation checks.

4. Change of Mind

  • Refunds are not issued for changes in personal circumstances, decisions to withdraw, delays caused by the student, or choosing to pursue a different educational path after services have begun.

5. Scholarship, Admission & Visa Outcomes

  • Everly Global does not guarantee university admission, scholarship awards, employment placements, or visa approvals.

    No refunds will be granted due to application rejections, scholarship outcomes, or visa denials, as final decisions are made by institutions and government authorities.

6. How to Request a Refund

    Once a refund is approved, please allow 10–15 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank's processing times.

7. Dispute Resolution

  • If you are dissatisfied with a service, we encourage you to contact us first. We aim to resolve concerns fairly and promptly before any formal dispute or chargeback is initiated.

8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

  • By purchasing our services, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting Everly Global to attempt resolution. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension of services and submission of supporting documentation to the payment provider.

    9. Method of Refund

    • Refunds will strictly be processed back to the original payment method used for the initial transaction. We cannot issue refunds to third-party accounts, cash, or different credit cards for security and anti-money laundering compliance.

    10. Third-Party Fees

    • Everly Global’s service fees do not include third-party costs such as:
    • University application fees
    • Visa or embassy fees
    • Health insurance
    • Travel or accommodation costs

      These payments are made directly to third parties and are non-refundable through Everly Global.

    11. Liability for Fraudulent Activity

    • In the event that Everly Global suffers any reputational damage, financial loss, or penalties from partner institutions or government authorities due to students submission of fraudulent documents or false information, student agrees to be held fully liable. Everly Global reserves the right to seek compensation for all associated damages, legal fees, and administrative costs to the fullest extent permitted by law.

    12. Digital Services Disclaimer

    • Due to the digital and consultative nature of our services, refunds cannot be issued once advisory work has been delivered, accessed, or shared.

      13. Currency & Exchange Rate Differences

      • Refunds are processed in the original transaction currency. Everly Global is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations or bank conversion fees.

      14. EU/UK Right of Withdrawal

      • For clients residing in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have a statutory right to cancel your contract within 14 days of purchase. However, by booking a consultation or submitting documents for immediate review, you expressly request that Everly Global begin the service during this cancellation period, thereby waiving your right to a full refund once work has commenced.

      15. Abandoned or Inactive Applications

      • If a student becomes unresponsive for 30 consecutive days despite reasonable follow-up attempts, the application will be considered inactive. No refunds will be issued for services already rendered.

      16. Cooling-Off Period (Where Applicable)

      • Certain jurisdictions may provide statutory cooling-off rights for digital services. Where applicable, such rights do not apply once services have commenced or been delivered, with your prior consent.

      17. Service Credits

      • In certain cases, Everly Global may offer service credits in lieu of refunds. Credits are non-transferable and must be used within 12 months.

        18. Goodwill Exception

        • In exceptional circumstances, Everly Global may offer partial refunds or credits at its sole discretion as a gesture of goodwill. Such decisions do not set precedent.

        19. Force Majeure

        • Everly Global is not responsible for delays or outcomes impacted by events beyond our control, including embassy closures, policy changes, or international restrictions. Such events do not qualify for refunds.

        20. Forfeiture for Fraud or Misconduct

        • Notwithstanding any other section of this policy, no refund will be issued if an application or visa is rejected due to the submission of fraudulent documents, false information, or the withholding of critical details (such as criminal history or prior visa refusals).

        21. Policy Updates

        • Everly Global reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
